No cases are assigned under this chapter. Arts. 502–518 are covered by codal reading and recitation only — ownership of waters (Art. 502), the use of public waters (Arts. 504–507), and the ownership and use of private waters (Arts. 508–518).
Keep the chapter on the reading list even though it carries no digest: Art. 502's enumeration of waters of public dominion is the provision Chapter I's public-dominion cases and Chapter II's alluvion cases both lean on.
