The re-assignments are the point of this chapter. Alejandro, Gestopa, and Sicad are each listed once under "donations to be delivered after the donor's death" and again under either inter vivos or mortis causa — the professor is using the same facts to show that the label the deed carries does not decide the question. Similarly, Central Philippine University, Dolar, and Austria-Magat return in sub-topic d for the donor's remedy when the condition fails. Know which side of each pair you are being asked about.
